1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@techeasybd.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or store credit.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item was received damaged or defective, Techeasy will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Important Note

Techeasy reserves the right to decline a refund if the return does not meet the above criteria.
